A lot has happened in the last month. Here are a few photos to bring you up to date on the progress!
The house structure is all up! All walls are framed, including the interior. Most of our windows and doors are installed and we are moving on to the mechanical and system rough-ins.
The store front glass in the Master bedroom and Great room is 1-5/16" thick, insulated, low E366, impact rated glass.
To meet our uplift, design pressures and wind loads, steel C-channels and L-angles needed to be incorporated into our store front glass system. The impact rated framework and glass gives a 16' wide by 9' high view of the bay.
The Supertruss serves as a structural windframe on the east side of the building. It is an engineered, pre manufactured truss 11' high by over 20' wide. The large opening is windows in the Master bedroom giving a 15' by 6' view of the water.
Our model shows the details of the floor system, including the 14 x 30 steel beam
Our Company fully integrates advanced BIM modeling to effectively facilitate our work flow.
This week we placed the concrete for our footings and began construction on our block stem walls.
Its official- today we began Site Grading work in preparation for our concrete pour next week. Certainly no complaints about the view!
We are proud to introduce you to our latest project, a new home on South Tampa's exclusive Bayshore Boulevard. Designed By Franklin and now under construction.
